The development manager, Christina, is helpful, as well as accessible, which is so key. It’s a great space to really focus and get your work done. They have conference rooms, enclosed offices, and open shared space.

Like a previous review mentioned, there’s plenty of parking, and it’s walking distance to the Sullivan Square Station on the orange line. There’s a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts nearby (#money!), and a few other food options. There’s a small kitchen area here, so you can store your food in the fridge, and there’s complimentary coffee, tea, and water.

I’d completely recommend anyone remotely interested to call in to get a tour of the place. You won’t regret it!”

“I came in on my free day one day to work on some paperwork. The place looks fantastic(even without the holiday cheer to it), the place is really clean and you can tell it is kept up constantly.

The view from the office is amazing. Even if it looks out into 93, I can always tell whether to leave to avoid the horrendous traffic when I go home.

The development manager, Christina, is very friendly. Any questions that I had, she answered them, always with a smile.

It’s all within walking distance from many things. For example, the Burger dive, or Home Depot, even Sports Authority.

Assembly Square is also under development so that should be able attract more foot traffic to the area.

So, this not your average office space. I highly recommend setting up shop here.”

“I’ve been working here for about 6 months now. It’s a fantastic place to work. They have different tiers ranging from private offices to shared open offices. Even if you choose an open office, there are meeting rooms setup so we can have private meetings with clients. The private rooms even have whiteboards for brainstorming and TVs you can hook up a computer with for a quick presentation.

The location itself is great and offers the following:
– Plenty of parking. I never have to worry about street cleaning or limited space in general as I did in my previous work location.
– The Assembly Row area is being developed quite nicely and there is an AMC and various stores and restaurants and more on the way.
– A new Orange Line stop has been added, which makes it even easier to get around.

The offices are always clean and all the people I’ve met are always friendly. Everybody is able to relax and talk on lunch break and get right back to work as necessary. There are free snacks and coffee available. Plus, we get to have the occasional special lunch prepared by the manager, Cristina. This is a really nice addition and members can stop by for a quick lunch break and take some stress off work before heading back refreshed.

Cristina has also been very helpful in getting setup at the office. She was able to answer all of our questions and helped us get settled into the office and feel welcome. We were set up in a dedicated space at first, but move to a private office for a while, then back into an open space. As the needs of our business changed, we were able to change our office to match those needs very easily.

If you’re looking for some office space, give this place a shot. They take care of the typical office needs including equipment (printers, scanners, a shredder, etc.), desk space, coffee and snacks, meeting rooms, etc., and let you focus on the actual work. Not sure about it? They offer tours so you can see exactly what you get before you commit.”

“I heard about Alpha Landmark through a friend so I decided to come by for a visit on a day they were promoting as “free co-working day.” I was happy to find out that it is conveniently located off of I-93 and included free parking. After entering the building, I have to say that I was really impressed with the size of this office location and it’s professional atmosphere.

The first person I met was Christina, the Office Manager, and she was incredibly friendly and upbeat. As she kindly walked me through the space, I couldn’t believe how well-designed the offices were and how efficiently the space was utilized. When I was quoted the pricing, I was a bit relieved at the affordability especially when compared to the current prices for office spaces in Boston.

As we continued through the building, we walked by a fitness gym which immediately caught my attention because I workout at least 3 times a week. In addition, there is hair studio and cafeteria within the building. With all these accessible amenities, it was really hard not to like the place.”
